This article presents salient facts on the performance of WTO dispute settlement, using an updated dataset cases adjudicated between 1992 and mid 2020. The provides a comprehensive compilation information disputes, including complainants, respondents third parties; substantive matters tabled; provisions invoked; claims that are accepted or rejected by adjudicating bodies; time involved to complete consultation, panel appeal (Appellate Body) stages; identity panelists how they were appointed.
